DULA offers MAcHM, DAcHM and Dual degrees programs
DULA Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine School offers an exceptional educational journey for those passionate about holistic health and the integration of Eastern and Western medical philosophies. Our programs, such as the Master of Science in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (MAcHM), are designed for individuals seeking to make a profound impact in healthcare. Graduates have the opportunity to advance their expertise through our Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (DAcHM) program.
The Master of Science in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (MacHM) programs are fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM).
- Duration: 4 years (213 didactic units / 48 clinical units)
- Requirements: BS or BA bachelor degree, Associate of Science, Associate of Arts within the 60 semester/90 quarter credits
- Financial Aid: Scholarships, Federal Aid, Veteran Benefits, Work/Study, Installment Payments available
- Lecture Format: In-Person, Online, and Hybrid during weekdays, Saturdays, and evenings
The Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (DAcHM) programs are fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM).
- Duration: 9 months (30 didactic units / 2 clinical units)
- Requirements: MSOM, MAcCHM, MSACCHM or any other master's degree related to traditional medicine
- Financial Aid: Scholarships, Federal Aid, Veteran Benefits, Work/Study, Installment Payments available
- Lecture Format: In-Person, Online, and Hybrid during weekdays, weekends, and evenings
Students have the option to enroll in the Dual degree program, pursuing both DAcHM & MAcHM that are fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM).
- Duration: 4 years (213 didactic units / 48 clinical units) plus 9 months (30 didactic units / 2 clinical units)
- Requirements: BS or BA bachelor degree, Associate of Science, Associate of Arts within the 60 semester/90 quarter credits
- Financial Aid: Scholarships, Federal Aid, Veteran Benefits, Work/Study, Installment Payments available
- Lecture Format: In-Person, Online, and Hybrid during weekdays, Saturdays, and evenings
The Application Process

Attend DULA's Open Houses

Submit Applications
Complete and submit your application form with all required documents, adhering to the application deadline.

Attend an Interview
Participate in a scheduled interview to discuss your interest in acupuncture, your background, and your career aspirations.

School Decision & Orientation
Wait for the school's decision on your application. Once accepted, all new students must attend an Orientation held at the beginning of each quarter.
