- Together with Korean-American community news media, utilizing superior clinical and educational network of Dongguk University Los Angeles, OMEX seeks to publicize OM to the U.S. mainstream consciousness.
- By keeping the U.S. OM Expo an annual event, OMEX seeks to establish OM clinic and its services, thereby taking a decisive role in the internationalization effort of OM.
- OMEX seeks to encourage participation from mainstream insurance companies, acupuncture associations and related organizations thereby providing an opportunity for OM to expand into mainstream community in U.S.

- By cooperating with Los Angeles local community including various Asian-American communities, CA Acupuncture Board, NCCAOM, ACAOM, CCAOM, and various organizations that represent OM related fields, OMEX will develop into the most prestigious exposition of the OM field.
- By connecting with Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and Los Angeles Korean Consulate, and by inviting the important organizations in local community, OMEX will have a board appeal to the general public.
- OMEX will be divided into several different exhibition halls such as the Health Hall, the Western Medical Hall, and the OM Hall.
- By inviting representatives from Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau, members of Los Angeles City Counsel, and other dignitaries OMEX will draw even more attention.
